Vendor Standard Agreement

All information, reports, images and video provided by the vendor and associated parties to be included herein and publicly listed on the Kick Sales Platform is accurate to the best knowledge of the vendor. Any updates, changes or amendments to information listed after the agreed publish date is to be provided in writing by the vendor to the Kick Sales Platform within 12 hours of the information being obtained. The vendor agrees that provided information does not include any untrue statement, misleading statement or omit to state any information in conjunction with the agreed fields to be publicly listed.
